OPEN, RINSE, COAT, and COOK as you would a normal Sea Scallop.
You will 'SEA' they are delicate, slightly sweet with a hint of the ocean in every bite! You won't believe they are made from plants!
Open package, drain the Mind Blown™ Plant Based Shelf-Stable Sea Scallops and rinse under running water. Pat dry, then coat in the special scallop coating; one at a time until each Sea Scallop is covered. Sauté in a skillet or fry with hot oil until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel, and serve with cocktail sauce, a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning. Enjoy as you would a real Sea Scallop.
