The same Mind Blowing taste and texture as our frozen Mind Blown Crab Cakes, but with the added convenience of being completely shelf-stable!
Just add water - ready in 20 minutes!
Yield: 225 oz., enough to make:
75 - 3 oz. Crab Cakes
113 - 2 oz. Sliders
225 - 1 oz. Balls
450 - .5 oz. Balls
SHELF LIFE: 365 days in Dry Storage
SHELF LIFE MIXED: 14 days in refrigeration
PREPARATION:
1) Empty LARGE bag labeled 'A' into a large mixing bowl.
2) ADD 16 - 8oz. Cups of water heated to 110 degree F. MIX WELL. Cover and let sit for 20-25 minutes.
3) STIR in the SMALL bag labeled 'B' until all is mixed thoroughly. Ready to use!
Cook as you would crab cakes normally by frying, sautéing, air frying, baking, until golden brown. Form into balls, cakes, stuff in mushrooms, etc.
