(“Mind Blown™”), the leading brand in plant-based seafood announces the launch of their new shelf-stable seafood product, Mind Blown™ Shelf-Stable Sea Scallops. The first-of-its-kind scallop made from plants and sits on a pantry shelf is charting the way forward with innovation in plant-based seafood. The shelf-stable product is the newest addition to the company’s award-winning plant-based frozen seafood portfolio. 


Mind Blown™ first debuted the shelf-stable sea scallops with a one-hour sneak peek cooking demonstration by Top Chef celebrity chef Spike Mendelsohn at Plant Based World Expo 2022 in New York City with the response far exceeding the brand’s expectations. In February 2023 the Mind Blown™ team shared the Shelf Stable Sea Scallops globally on the culinary stage at Gulfood, the world’s largest Food & Beverage Show held in Dubai.
