The Plant Based Seafood Company, a Gwynn’s Island, Virginia, U.S.A.-based seafood analog product venture, has launched the company's fourth Mind Blown plant-based seafood analog product. The Plant Based Seafood Company was founded in 2020 by the owners of the Van Cleve Seafood Co., and received funding from Hatch, a global fund dedicated to investing and accelerating sustainable innovations in the seafood industry, in 2020. It launched a plant-based fried oyster analog product in December 2021.
