- 1 box. Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp
- 1 C green cabbage, rough chopped
- 1 C purple cabbage, rough chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 2-3 garlic clove, finely chopped or grated
- 1/4 C coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp. Chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro chopped
- High-heat oil for cooking
1)Prepare the Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp
*Air Fryer instructions: Spray the air fryer basket with high-heat oil spray. Add Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp. Turn air fryer on at 360 degrees for 12 minutes.
*Stove-top instructions: Heat high-heat oil in a cast-iron skillet and cook Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp for a about a minute on both sides until golden brown.
2)Heat 1Tbsp. of high-heat cooking oil in a large skillet. Add the green cabbage, purple cabbage and shredded carrot, and cook down for 5 mins.
3)While the vegetables are cooking down, prepare the sauce. To a small mixing bowl add the coconut aminos, chili sauce, sesame seed oil, and green onion; whisk to combine.
4)Drizzle all the sauce into the sauteed veggies along with the prepared Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp and combine.
5)Pour mixture into a bowl and garnish with green onion and cilantro. Enjoy!
