INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound (16 shrimp) Mind Blown Crispy Crunchy Fried Shrimp
- ¼ C plant based mayonnaise
- ¼ C plain plant based yogurt of choice
- ¼ C Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- Garnish: cilantro, green onion, red pepper flakes
- Optional bed of purple cabbage for serving
- Cooking oil of choice
DIRECTIONS:
1) *Cook from frozen* Prepare the Mind Blown Crispy Crunchy Fried Shrimp. In a large skillet heat high-heat oil. Once heated cook Mind Blown Crispy Crunchy Fried Shrimp 1 minute each side; set aside. Remove from skillet and reserve on a plate.
*Air Fryer: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Add Mind Blown Crispy Crunchy Fried Shrimp. Turn air fryer on at 370 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
2) Mix the plant based mayonnaise, plant based plain yogurt, Thai Chili sauce, and lime juice together in a bowl. Toss the cooked Mind Blown Crispy Crunchy Fried Shrimp in the prepared sauce until all are coated evenly.
3) Pour over a bowl of shredded purple cabbage, or rice and garnish. Enjoy!
