Ingredients:
1 box Mind Blown Crab Cakes
2 packages of Craft Counter Hard Boiled Wunder Eggs (12 halves total)
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, plus more for garnish
1/4 cup plant based mayonnaise, we used Fabalish Classic Mayo
1 tsp. Dijon, or yellow or brown mustard
2 tablespoons minced dill, more for garnish
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
*optional - micro greens for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare Mind Blown Crab Cakes according to the package, either air fry, or cook on the stove top; set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Mash both prepared crab cakes in a mixing bowl with a fork to make crab ‘meat’ and set aside.
Remove the yolks from all 12 Wunder Eggs and place in a mixing bowl. Add mashed Mind Blown Crab ‘meat’ along with remains ingredients. Fold together until combined.
Spoon the mixture back into the Wunder Egg halves, dust with more Old Bay, dill and micro greens (if using). Chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
