1 pound Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp
1 bag of tortilla chips of choice
1/2 C Salsa
1/2 C Vegan queso (we used Mother Raw)
1/2 C Black beans
1/4 C Vegan sour cream
1/2 Avocado
1 bunch of Cilantro
Jalapeño, sliced *optional
1 Lime, quartered
1) Prepare the Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp.
*Stovetop: Heat cast-iron skillet with cooking oil. Sear dusted shrimp 1 minute each side until golden brown.
*Air Fryer: Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil. Add dusted shrimp. Turn air fryer on at 360 degrees for 10 minutes.
2) In a bowl toss the cooke dMind blown Dusted shrimp with the salsa. Set aside.
3) Spread a parchment lined-baking sheet with the tortilla chips.
4) Warm up the queso then drizzle over the chips, then add the black beans, salsa coated shrimp, and the remaining of the ingredients: avocado, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeño and serve with lime wedges.
