INGREDIENTS:
12 Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp (or 2 shrimp/slider)
1/2 tsp. Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
6 Hawaiian slider buns
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Onion slices
1/3 C plain plant- based yogurt or mayo of choice
1 tsp. hot sauce or Sriracha
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 lime, juice
DIRECTIONS:
1) Prepare the Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp.
*Stovetop: Heat cast-iron skillet with cooking oil. Sear dusted shrimp 1 minute each side until golden brown.
*Air Fryer: Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil. Add dusted shrimp. Turn air fryer on at 360 degrees for 10 minutes.
2) Once Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp are out of the Air Fryer or off the stovetop, sprinkle with the tsp. of seasoning. (Using a small this wire strainer works well!) Set aside.
3)In a bowl, whisk together the plain plant-based yogurt or mayo with the garlic, Sriracha, and lime juice. Spread in the Hawaiian buns, then layer the other toppings! your tomatoes, onion, and seasoned Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp. Enjoy!
