Dusted Plant-Based Bang Bang ‘Shrimp’ Appetizer

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound Dusted Plant-Based ‘Shrimp’
  • ¼ Cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ C Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Garnish: shredded purple cabbage, cilantro, green onion, red pepper flakes
  • Cucumber slices for serving
  • Coconut oil for cooking

DIRECTIONS:

Heat coconut oil in a cast-iron skillet and cook Dusted Plant-Based ‘Shrimp’ for a minute on both sides until golden brown.

Mix Mayonnaise, yogurt, Thai Chili sauce together in a bowl and toss the cooked dusted plant-based ‘shrimp’ in the sauce until all are coated. 

Slice cucumbers and place on a serving platter. Layer purple cabbage, then 1 shrimp on each slice, then garnish!
