Mind Blown Dusted Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

INGREDIENTS:

-1 pound Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp

-3 tablespoons vegan/plant-based butter, melted

-½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, or buffalo sauce of choice

-1 tsp ground cayenne pepper

-Vegan blue cheese dipping sauce

-Lettuce for wraps, we used bib lettuce

-Extras: chives, diced red onion, plant-based blue cheese.

 

DIRECTIONS:

1) Prepare the Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp

*Air Fryer instructions: Spray the air fryer basket with high-heat oil spray.  Add Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp.  Turn air fryer on at 360 degrees for 10 minutes.

*Stove-top instructions: Heat high-heat oil in a cast-iron skillet and cook Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp for a about a minute on both sides until golden brown; set aside.

2) In the meantime, make the buffalo sauce; combine melted plant butter, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper in a bowl; whisk until thoroughly incorporated.

3) Toss cooked Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp with buffalo sauce in a bowl and serve with your favorite plant based dipping sauce and carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!
