INGREDIENTS
1 pound Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp
½ cup low sodium veggie broth
¼ cup coconut aminos
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ red pepper flakes
4-5 green onions chopped & divided
1 tbsp. coconut flour or arrowroot flour for thickening.
DIRECTIONS:
In a skillet cook the Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp from frozen about 1 minute each side; set aside.
For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add half green onions, garlic, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in sauce ingredients and simmer 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
Combine coconut flour or arrowroot flour if needed to thicken. Slowly drizzle into the sauce while whisking until it is slightly thickened. Toss sauce with cooked shrimp and garnish with remaining green onion. Enjoy!
