- 1 Box Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil , divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 C white wine, optional
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon minced parsley
- extra lemon wedges
- Plant based Parmesan cheese
- bread for dipping
DIRECTIONS:
- Set Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp in a mixing bowl to thaw for 10-15 minutes. Toss with garlic, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, pink salt, and red pepper flakes.
- In a large skillet, warm 2 tablespoons butter and remaining 2 Tbsp. of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp garlic mixture to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing frequently until the Mind Blown Dusted Shrimp are cooked through.
- Stir in the white wine (if using) and lemon juice. Cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and reduces by half, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with the minced parsley, red pepper flakes and plant-based parmesan. Serve warm toasted bread for dipping and extra lemon wedges.
